The Route / The Crew

A Crew Built
On Routes.

VDR runs its property business the way a crew runs a route sheet — every stop scheduled, every job inspected, every ticket logged before the truck rolls.

Who We Are

The Springfield Route.

VDR EVACUATING & LAWN-CARE LLC is an Ohio limited liability company headquartered at 2920 Ridge Road, Springfield — Clark County, where residential routes, commercial contracts, and seasonal property work run year-round.

The firm runs five zones on one sheet: pest control — extermination, termite, and proofing; janitorial — buildings, offices, homes, and sanitation; lawn and landscape — mowing, feeding, planting, and tree work; carpet and fabric — cleaning on premises and at plant; and exterior — pressure washing, gutters, ducts, and seasonal plowing.

Property work is a schedule trade. A stop has a route. A job has a ticket. A treatment has a license. The zones stay distinct because the work demands it — but every stop answers to the same route rules: scheduled before start, inspected before done, licensed hands only.

Route Rules

The Four Rules We Route By.

Five different zones, one operating standard — the rules written at the head of every route sheet.

RR-01

Scheduled Before Start

Every job goes on the route sheet first — address, scope, crew, and chemicals logged before the truck rolls. A job without a route is a job that gets missed.

RR-02

Inspected Before Done

Work checks out before the crew leaves — the ticket isn't closed until the zone passes the walk-through. A check skipped is a call-back earned.

RR-03

Licensed Hands Only

Pest control and chemical work runs under applicable licenses — the crew that sprays is the crew certified to. No unlicensed applications, no shortcuts.

RR-04

Honest Route

The crew declares what the job needs — a zone that isn't on the route isn't billed as if it is, and a treatment that isn't needed isn't sold.

"Five zones, one sheet. The client shouldn't have to ask what the job covers — the ticket should already say it."
